Customer testimonials, comments and reviews
We post customer testimonials/comments/reviews on our Website which may contain personal information. We do obtain the customer's consent via email prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial. To request removal of your personal information from testimonials or comments please contact us at erelations@cinchhs.com.
Referrals
If you choose to use our referral service to refer a contractor to us, we will ask you for the contractor's name, email address and phone number, as well as additional information about the contractor. We will use this information to recruit the provider into our Service Network. We store this information for the sole purpose of recruitment initiatives. The contractor may contact us at (800) 531-3466 to request that we remove this information from our database.
We may also collect, from you, personal information about your contacts such as first and last name when you provide an additional customer. When you provide us with personal information about your contacts, we will only use this information for the specific reason for which it is provided.
